The team was approached with the task to create a campaign that speaks to serious issues that impact the environment. The campaign has have at least 3 touch points that communicate the message of the campaign clearly. After extensive research the team found that the internet is a major contributor to carbon emissions. As this is not an issue that most people are aware of, we decided to base the campaign in awareness while also providing a solution.
Many people are aware of climate change but feel like they are unable to do anything, through creating awareness of the small things we can change with lifestyle to help we can make it seem less intimidating and showcase how easy it can be to have an impact.
Part of the solution that is the 3D earth used for the logo and various other elements of the campaign. The earth is bright and trees sprout from it showing how the world can improve when the OuterNet plug-in is used. The dark and dull earth is usedto show what the earth looks liek before the pkug-in is used.
