Brief

Consumers are not aware of the drastic effects fast fashion has on the environment. As a digital designer I am tasked to create an infographic using data visualisation to from awareness around what fast fashion and to inspire the target audience to make a positive change.

Insight

Learning about climate change and global warming sparks anxiety in the younger generations, thus news about these problems have to be communicated in a new way that does not spark anxiety, but still educates successfully.

Solution

The brand, tentree’s style will be applied to an interactive infographic that speaks to the problem of fast fashion. The idea is to apply a game in such a way that the users have to play the game to ‘activate’ the information and data visualization. The visualization will be applied in a creative way by making use of imagery in that suites the design style.
